Fried Noodles
A quick, satisfying noodle dish that can be customised with any protein and vegetables.
Prep: 5 minutes. Cook: 10 minutes. Difficulty: Easy. Serves 4.
Ingredients
- 400g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Protein of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package. Drain.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and protein (if using). Cook 3 minutes.
- Add vegetables. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
