Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and chilli flakes. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Shrimp are done when they curl and turn pink.
