Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry
A healthy and quick stir-fry that combines tender chicken with crisp broccoli in a savoury sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes until cooked. Remove.
- Add garlic, stir 30 seconds. Add broccoli and stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Return chicken. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add cornstarch mixture. Stir 1 minute until sauce thickens.
- Serve with steamed rice.
