Chicken Wraps
Warm tortillas filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and your favourite sauce. Quick, healthy, and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 100g cheese, grated
- Mayonnaise or yogurt dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and paprika
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a pan. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes each side until done.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each side.
- Layer lettuce, chicken, tomato, cucumber, cheese, and avocado on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with mayo or dressing.
- Roll up tightly, tucking in the bottom first, then the sides.
- Cut in half diagonally. Serve.
Tips for Helpers
- Warm the tortilla so it is flexible — cold tortillas crack when rolling.
- Do not overfill or the wrap will not close.
- Wrap in foil or baking paper for a mess-free lunch.

- Use turkey, beef, or falafel instead of chicken.
- Any salad vegetables work.
