A colourful mix of fresh seasonal fruits with a light honey and lime dressing. Simple, healthy, and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 oranges, segmented
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
  3. Mix honey and lime juice. Drizzle over fruit.
  4. Toss gently. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
