Overnight Oats
Oats soaked overnight in milk with your choice of toppings. No cooking needed — breakfast is ready when you wake up.
Prep: 5 minutes. Cook: 0 minutes (overnight soaking). Difficulty: Easy. Serves 2.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (any type)
- 100g yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, granola, peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and chia seeds in a jar or container.
- Stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir. Add more milk if too thick.
- Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or your preferred toppings.

- Prepare 2–3 jars on Sunday for quick weekday breakfasts.
- Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- The oats thicken overnight — add milk in the morning to adjust.
